Shimmering Wings is very excited to offer Next PAGE, an overnight camp created for parents, guardians and other adult family members who are integrally involved in the care and support of grieving children.
This day and a half camping experience includes fun, interactive activities that are reminiscent of a traditional camp, combined with grief education and support to help meet some of the emotional needs of campers and their grieving children.
Next PAGE offers a relaxed, safe and supportive environment led by grief professionals and trained Shimmering Wings volunteers. It provides tools for self-support, as well as support of the grieving children under your care. The cost for this day and a half camping experience is $125 and covers lodging, meals and materials.
